b. Submit a Return Request – Provide details and upload images (if required).
c.Return Pickup or Self-Ship – We will arrange a pickup or provide a return address.
d. Quality Check & Approval – Once we receive the item, we will inspect it before processing the return.
💡 Note: If a pickup is not available in your location, you may need to self-ship the item. Shipping charges (if applicable) will be reimbursed as per our policy.
Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
